The Trevi Fountain is a fountain in the Quirinale district of Rome. It is the largest and most famous fountain in the city. Completed in 1762, the fountain contains a large artificial rock, statues and a pool. In the background is the 20-metre-high and 26-metre-wide façade of the Palazzo Poli, decorated with Baroque elements.
