Curry-seasoned chicken fillets:
Prepare in a pot - rapeseed oil, garlic, fresh onion, bell pepper, tomato, curry, black pepper, salt, gin, water.
Add chicken fillets to the pot.
Add rosemary, basil.
Check the taste.
Serve with curry rice.
