Cranberry

There are two types of cranberries growing in Finland, the large cranberry and the small cranberry.
The large cranberry grows all over Finland except for the northernmost Lapland, while the small cranberry is more commonly found in Northern Finland.

Gut bacteria use polyphenols to their advantage, and they can support the diversity of the microbiome.
