Vaccinium myrtillus
Forest Blueberry Pie
Dough Ingredients:
Oat flakes, potato flour, wheat flour, almond flour, chopped almonds, sugar, salt
Rapeseed oil, Campari
Egg
Add the ingredients by feel, mix and press into a baking pan.
No pre-baking needed. Add the berries.
Oven 180 degrees Celsius (this way the fatty acids in the rapeseed oil remain unsaturated)
SiriSiri: "I forgot the sugar in the dough, so I added it on top of the berries instead. I don’t want any extra white stuff in the blueberry pie. The berries stay suitably juicy. Half of the pie was gone during the hockey game."
