Meatballs:

Minced meat, black pepper, salt, extra virgin olive oil, egg, leek, red onion, paprika, grated cheese, tomato, oregano or thyme

Oven 180 degrees

Mix with a fork the extra virgin olive oil, egg, black pepper, salt.
Chop the leek, red onion, bell pepper into small pieces, grate the cheese.

Put chopped peppers on the bottom of the molds, add grated cheese.
Slice the tomatoes on a separate plate.

Chop the rest of the tomatoes into the minced meat and add the spice broth and chopped vegetables to it at the same time. Mix.
Make meatballs suitable for molds and put tomato slices on top of them, add extra virgin olive oil and oregano or thyme on top.
