Blueberry Crumble Bake
Ingredients:
• Rolled oats
• All-purpose flour
• Chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts or almonds)
• Canola oil
• Sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Water
• A splash of Cointreau liqueur
• Blueberries (fresh and/or frozen)
• Pearl sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, and chopped nuts in your preferred ratio.
2. In another bowl, combine canola oil, sugar, salt, water, and a splash of Cointreau.
3. Mix everything together into a dough and let it rest briefly.
4. Spread the dough thinly into a baking dish.
5. Add blueberries and gently press them into the dough.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the top is lightly golden.
7. Top with fresh blueberries and optionally sprinkle with pearl sugar.
