Chopped broccoli
Boil the spices in water - black pepper, rosemary, mustard seeds...
Place the broccoli at the bottom of a jar and pour the boiled spiced water to cover the broccoli.
Add a little extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, and Calvados or some suitable alcohol.
Cool, and it will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
