Fe Iron - Part of hemoglobin → oxygen transport, energy metabolism
Zn Zinc - Immune defense, enzyme activity, skin and hair health, wound healing
Cu Copper - Iron metabolism, connective tissue formation, nervous system function
I Iodine - Thyroid hormone formation → metabolic regulation
Se Selenium - Antioxidant, thyroid function, immune defense
Cr Chromium - Glucose metabolism, supporting insulin function
Mn Manganese - Enzyme activity, bone development, antioxidant system
Mo Molybdenum - Enzyme activity in the metabolism of amino acids and drugs
Co Cobalt - Part of vitamin B12, red blood cell formation
Ni Nickel - Supporting enzyme activity (need very low)
F Fluoride - Strengthening tooth enamel, bone health
B Boron - Bone metabolism (not essential, but useful)
Si Silicon - Connective tissue and skeletal structure (not essential)
