White Currant-Pear Pie
Main Page > The effect of nutrition on our body > Carbohydrates
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour, rolled oats, almond flour, chopped almonds, chopped nuts, walnuts, rapeseed oil, sugar, syrup, salt, Finnish seasoning stock
- Pear, white currant, sugar
Oven 180 degrees
White currant is naturally low in fat and contains plenty of vitamins and minerals. The berry can thin the blood a bit, so people taking blood-thinning medication should be careful. For a healthy person, however, it doesn't cause any harm.
100 grams of white currants contain 46 kcal, 0.2 g of fat, 6.1 g of carbohydrates, of which 4.8 g is sugar, and 1.1 g of protein.
