SiriSiri Home Kitchen is dedicated to creating delicious meals from clean ingredients — with a strong focus on how food affects our health and well-being.

Smart Fats
We completely replace saturated fats — such as butter, cream, coconut fat and coconut oil — with unsaturated and polyunsaturated oils. Our goal is to keep LDL cholesterol as low as possible.

Mediterranean Inspiration
Research on ceramides supports our preference for a Mediterranean-style diet, rich in olive oil and nuts. We cook with extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, pepper, herbs, and occasionally white or red wine vinegar and salt. Alcohol is often used to enhance flavor — and it’s also an excellent natural preservative.

No Compromises
To avoid food allergies and unnecessary additives, we never use ready-made spice mixes or bouillon cubes. We steer clear of heavily processed foods and completely avoid ultra-processed products and drinks.

Sugar and Carbs
SiriSiri promotes balanced blood sugar levels and encourages a deeper understanding of carbohydrates. This is not a weight-loss site — we focus on holistic well-being of both body and mind.
